1. Cancellation and Refunds:
a. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your tutoring sessions. If you wish to cancel a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
b. In the event that a tutor is unable to conduct a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund for the missed session.
2. Unsatisfactory Services:
a. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of tutoring services provided, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately. We value your feedback and are committed to addressing any concerns.
b. In the event that you believe the tutoring services were not delivered as promised, we will conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. If it is determined that there was a failure on our part, we will take appropriate actions, which may include providing additional tutoring sessions at no extra cost or issuing a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
3. Product Returns and Refunds:
a. Eagle Star Tutoring Center may offer educational materials or products for sale from time to time. If you are dissatisfied with a purchased product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return or refund.
b. To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Refund Process:
a. Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
b. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
